Semih Ozyurt
Group Project Officer

EKC Group

Working for EKC Group is absolutely fantastic. As an organisation they have an amazing culture that ensures staff have the opportunity to grow and develop, and I’ve been lucky enough to take a range of fully funded courses to upskill myself and grow into my role. It’s also really wonderful to be surrounded with some genuinely inspirational leaders who have empowered me to take control of my role and develop it in ways that meet the needs of the Group. I’m so proud to work for a Group that’s doing incredible things in the communities it serves and would recommend it to anyone who wants to find an employer that does things differently!

Tia Eskisan
Marketing and Communications Officer

Sheppey College

I have been working within the EKC Group for over three years now. When I first began my employment, I was nervous about working for a large organisation. Soon after joining, I realised that there are many amazing benefits to working within the EKC Group, such as constant support and training provided for me.

I have always been offered amazing opportunities to expand my skills and knowledge and progress in my career. My job role is fast paced and always includes unexpected challenges, meaning I am always learning something new and building my confidence.

My colleagues and managers have always been extremely supportive of my ideas and ambitions, helping me to achieve my goals and get where I want to be in my career. There are so many progression opportunities in the EKC Group, I know that if, and when I am ready to take the next step in my career, I will be supported every step of the way.
