This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previous experience in a People, HR or Recruitment team and who is looking to broaden their In-House Recruitment knowledge.
The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with the ability to use initiative to solve problems, have exceptional attention to detail skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately to a high standard with a 'right first time' approach
You will demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels both verbally and in writing including spelling, punctuation and grammar and be highly organised and forward thinking with the ability to multitask effectively and work to deadlines.
Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
