We have a great opportunity to join us as a Resourcing Assistant. You will be part of a small, friendly and knowledgeable team playing a key role in ensuring that the organisation identifies and onboards the most suitable talent for roles across all of its functions.
 
Reporting to the Resourcing Officer you will manage a varied workload, providing administrative and organisational support to the Resourcing Team, working as effectively and efficiently as possible.
 
The role will provide a service to the Group and although base location can be agreed at either our Broadstairs or Folkestone College sites you may be required to attend any of our sites to meet business needs.

About You

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previous experience in a People, HR or Recruitment team and who is looking to broaden their In-House Recruitment knowledge.

The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with the ability to use initiative to solve problems, have exceptional attention to detail skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately to a high standard with a 'right first time' approach

You will demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels both verbally and in writing including spelling, punctuation and grammar and be highly organised and forward thinking with the ability to multitask effectively and work to deadlines.
 
Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
