About The Role

EKC Group are seeking a Finance Assistant to join the EKC Group Finance Team. You will carry out clerical duties and provide accounts/administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication. You will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Your role responsibilities will include assisting with purchase ledger including processing and coding invoices, dealing with invoice queries, setting up new suppliers and assisting with all administration duties.

About You

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and efficient member to our team. The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and time management skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise work. You will also have excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills. 

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the purchasing process, including raising orders, invoices and making payment via electronic methods and the ability to develop and sustain relationships with both internal and external customers.
