About The Role

Are you ahead of the curve when it comes to digital innovation for our staff and students?
 
Can you lead on the development of digital technologies, supporting and coaching staff to digitally enhance teaching in an Outstanding environment?

With your background of excellent teaching standards, innovation and knowledge of digital technologies, you will be working throughout our Group to support ongoing improvement and play an instrumental role in the implemental of our Digital Transformation Strategy.
 
You'll lead on state of the art VR facilities and our Immersive Classrooms, as well as support the group to maximise the capabilities with our suite of Microsoft.
  
Under the direction of the Group Head of Education Improvement, the role will be instrumental in shaping what the digital expectation of staff and students is, designing programmes of CPD to support with making that a reality, and working side by side with colleges, departments and individuals to ensure we are providing our learners with the digital tools they will need for their futures.

About You

We are looking for someone who has a sound understanding and commitment to enhancing and achieving excellence in teaching, learning and assessment thorough digital innovation and assistive technology. The successful candidate, will have have exceptional coaching and mentoring skills and who will inspire others to develop their digital competencies. They will have experience of and be confident in delivering training to their colleagues. 
 
Candidates should be a qualified teacher with successful teaching experience and evidence of good outcomes for learners, or have a proven track record of working alongside teachers to improve practice with digital innovation. 
 
The successful candidate will be well versed in Microsoft, understanding how to maximise the tools, functions and applications within Microsoft to support educational staff and students.
